Details of the Grounds

Couples can reserve one area of the park for event use. All vendors must be pre-approved by the Lost Dutchman State Park beforehand. Event areas include Cholla, Palo Verde, Saguaro, Road Runner Group Camp, Hummingbird Group Camp, and parking areas. These event spaces can host anywhere from 25 guests to 150 guests. Weddings can include the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. The park can only accommodate groups with up to 150 guests.

Wedding Details

Special use permits are required for weddings at Lost Dutchman State Park. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The park’s facilities are available during regular business hours. Rental spaces include the use of picnic areas and grills. 

The venue only provides the space, so couples are responsible for choosing and coordinating their own outside vendors. The park staff must approve all vendors before the wedding. Wedding photography in the park also requires special use permits. Couples must conduct event setup and cleanup, and silk flowers, birdseed, tape, confetti, and pinatas are prohibited. 

The park allows for a rehearsal before the event for an additional fee. Couples can rent a cabin as a getting-ready space for the wedding party, as dressing rooms are not provided. All renting areas have nearby parking areas.
